    Hi. I am after some advice please. Two weeks ago on Monday 14th November, I tried to use my November voucher at an asda store. It was scanned but when I got home it had not went on the key card for my meter. I returned to the store on Wednesday. The lady tried to scan it again and it said it had already been used. Even though it hadn't. I rang utilita on Thursday 17th and after explaining they said they would send me another voucher within 7 days. 7 days later I still had not received the voucher. So I rang utilita back on Thursday 24th and after explaining again the situation, I was told it was 7 working days, not 7 days including weekend. It is now 10 days since I was told I would receive another voucher and I still have received nothing. Can someone please help as I am missing out on 66 pound her. Many thanks Nicola
