I have been waiting for smart metre since July as my gas metre had something wrong with it someone has been out and bypassed my metre and my appointment was July 20th and still no one has came therefore my metre is still ticking up bill which I am not prepared to pay as I have been waiting on engineer and also if you look back on last time I called in July I was also cut off by member of your staff wich I find highly insulting if ypu could reply to this email thanks

Try and get in touch with Rebecca on the community hub sorted half of my problem out in two days and saved me a lot of money on phone calls
