I have a smart meter and pay by top up card, today £t.70 has been taken from my balance but I have not used any gas , does anyone know why this happens

@Mgilmartin Hi did this get taken off your balance when you topped-up or just your balance went down by this much without using any gas?

balance goes down when no gas has been used
Sometimes after I top up
