I had my gas meter changed last week and it was left in default mode and not communicating. An engineer has been out today and has got it back into payg mode but it's still not showing my balance. He gave me a card but it's a different top up number and not linked to my account. Im on hold with utilita complaints and have been for an hour and a half. I've made complaints that have gone unanswered and all I want to do is see my balance and top up.
