    My husband and I are over 75 and we have been left hit water and heating as our gas is not getting the meter, I called our company who look after our council. He said there was money on the meter, checked it and reactivated it he has told us the gas is nit getting to boiler. I have messaged and spoken to various people and have joy. Have to wait till tomorrow to try and speak to someone to sort it out

    @Susan Hello! This sounds like an issue with your boiler 😣

    Did the person that came out to inspect it confirm if it was your gas supply or an issue with the boiler itself?

    If your gas supply is working fine and is active and you have money on the gas meter - it would indicate an issue with the boiler itself?
