After a phone conversation a few weeks ago I have still not received vouchers I left a comment on trip advisor even stating I couldn’t answer my phone at work and guess what missed calls , today I receive a reply to an email sent weeks ago it guidance on how vouchers will be sent and what to do if I don’t receive them , well I have tried all of your advice so why haven’t I received them , please just an honest answer is it so hard to do
