When I moved into my new home in August I rang up and changed my details I have a key metre for electric smartmetre in-home for gas for whatever reason my government payments have went to a removed smartmetre spoke to a lovely adviser today on live chat now am getting my electric meter switched over and my funds will get transferred good day had by all

@Donna1235 LOVE this! Thanks for sharing Donna! The EBBS payments can be tricky as it's all very sensitive to what kind of meter you have, there are lots of different processes to make the payment based on a number of factors.
