Hi dose anyone work at utility? I have not received my EBSS voucher for Oct or Nov yet despite have had a text telling me to make sure I use them before they expire. I have been ringing up for two weeks now the phone cuts off after the messages, not possible to get through. Evan tried phoning the complaint's line today and was on hold for an hour and a half and they still did not answer the phone. what's going on!!!!!

still not have any vouchers still cant get through on the phone. It cost nearly 4 times as much the heat my house when the kids are not there I have to turn the heat off just so I can heat it up when there there. i have lost faith with this company and think i will be looking for new company in the new year.

Iโm owed three itโs a useless company Iโve been complaining since Nov 4th none stop just fob me off. Made me get a smart meter to automatically credit and noted I cannot get post safely and they sent one voucher out after this was noted down which was fraudulently cashed and Iโm still owed three in total now
