Just had a new smart meter installed two new cards gas& electric how long does it take for them to be activated been to pay point at local shop , and can't top up as cards not been activated

@Oliverd Hiya! It usually takes up to 72 hours for the meter to connect with our internal metering system. You will have your emergency credit which is £15 😊
