Gas reading doesn't seem right at all. Also need to transfer money from electric to gas. Please help. Can't get through on phone, live chat doesn't work, no reply to messages. Rang complaints and there isn't even an option for complaints team. What a shambles. I didn't choose this company. Moved into a house already supplied by Utilita and due to current global circumstances unable to transfer to another supplier. My mental health is terrible and this stress is just about finishing me off.
