the app on the phone is showing a different balance from the smart meter and is charging £1 an hour. why?

@angelo Hiya - the app T&C's do mention that the app is an 'estimated balance' and aims to get the most accurate balance that is reflecting on your main smart meter. It works on algorithms and top-up and usage behaviour. Hope this helps. In regards to the £1 hour charge, you would need to speak to a customer service advisor who can access your account and be able to see what this is.
