    Hi,
    Can anyone please help me I have no heating or hot water I still have an old gas meter top-up card with the chip and the meter is saying 'card fail' and after spending hours on the phone they couldn't order me a new card and transferred me to someone else who never answered!
    My house is freezing I have no heating or hot water and my new meter isn't being fitted untill December and I don't know what to do does anyone know how to get a new chip card sent out? Or even the £15 on the card put onto the meter?
