I have moved into a property. I have done the move in form weeks ago sent everything they have asked for. And nothing. I need a gas card for the council to turn my gas on. I have been ringing every day for hrs. Also on line chat for them to tell me to call and cut the chat off.
I don't know what to do or where to go from here. I have even emailed a few times with no reply.
