Any one having difficulty to get though by phone what the longest waiting time?

Been on the phone over a week to get my electric card n gas card. No luck did it on line for them to tell me to phone. No gas, running out of electric did the move in form weeks ago and still nothing.

Gave up after 47 minutes last week. Managed to get through after 29 minutes a couple of days ago to be told I had to call a different number.

Tried again Friday got though 4 times each time transferred to another department to wait 15 minutes and then get automated message saying our lines are busy please call back later one agent was even yawning though the conversation 9:30 in the morning unbelievable must have spent nearly £70 on phone calls in a week issues still not resolved

I can't get through on any number other than the complaints department. All the jumbers Ihave give the usual utilita greeting and at 47seconds the phone beeps and goes dead. This has happened ever since I complained last year

Please get in touch with Rebecca she will get you call back from customer service cost me £70 in call and when you do get through they put you on hold and then cut you off feel your pain just drop Rebecca a message 😀
