For the 3rd year running, my dad, who is now 76 and disabled, has been rejected for the warm home discount. Absolutely appalling behaviour, he is now having to sit with 2 jumpers on, just to keep a heat in him.
Never had an issue in getting it from the previous supplier, but due to the fuel crisis, the chances of switching is out of the question.
