I have been of gas from 10 yesterday and there is no one picking up the phone i was on the phone for over 10 hrs yesterday so tried online chat on there for 4 hrs i started at 411 in the que got to 21 then it told me office closed, i was on the phone 3hrs and it told me theoffice was closed ,i got through 1s in the day they past to to someone else and then cut me of again, i have disabled people in my house registered by utilita what do i do now ???.
