Why has my balance dropped within minutes by about £13 on my Electricity! I also topped up £5 on my gas and only got £4???

@Dondaligi1 You can use the My Utilita App to track your usage - this may be able to shed some insight into it. 🙂I am your Community Manager! 😀

@Dondaligi1the Utilita app seems to have this particular glitch when you top up, it works itself out eventually but right after you've added credit it tends to show a lower balance than you had before.
I don't know why the balance on the app is so out of sync so often as that should technically be in real time, whereas the balance on your in home display is less up to date as it only gets an update every 30 minutes or so.
