    Hi,
    My gas balance is not updating on the app or home hub. I've checked my gas meter, and the screen is blank and won't come on. I've called customer services but get cut off before the call is put through.
    Last year, my gas meter battery died and my meter was replaced with a reconditioned one. An engineer was supposed to come back out and replace it and never did.
    Is there anyone alive at Utilita that actually cares about customer service as I'm getting cheesed of with having to top up every few days as I can't see what I'm actually using and what's left.

    I have the same issue from time to time and also wondering if they are half asleep or even in a coma at Utililita.

    Also here's a tip if you're having problems getting through to them directly over the phone such as waiting ages or even being disconnected!...

    Try calling 023 8100 0085 - that's Utilitia's Customer Budgeting Department. They will tell you its the wrong number but I've found they have the ability to sort out most problems better than any other number I've contacted them in the past, and usually the wait for someone to answer is short.

    Hi,
    my meter has been replaced today but it's now in default mode, whatever that is so I still have no clue how much I've got left or what I'm using and still waiting to talk to someone.
