My gas balance is not updating on the app or home hub. I've checked my gas meter, and the screen is blank and won't come on. I've called customer services but get cut off before the call is put through.
Last year, my gas meter battery died and my meter was replaced with a reconditioned one. An engineer was supposed to come back out and replace it and never did.
Is there anyone alive at Utilita that actually cares about customer service as I'm getting cheesed of with having to top up every few days as I can't see what I'm actually using and what's left.
