My IHD won’t connect to my smart meter. Have tried to solve over the phone and live chat but had no luck.

anyone else had a similar issue?

@Smith my IHD stopped working over a year ago and despite several hours on the phone to support it, it still doesn't work, not that it would be useful if it did as both my meters are not transmitting data anyway.
