Has anybody received an energy voucher yet now Nov and my son not even got October's gov help he has the quanta meter that tops up with a key everytime we call we get told 5 days for response nothing happens how do I go to ombudsman

still waiting for mine I was told last month and this months would be here last week and nothing arrived I even have a valid email address so there is no excuse as to why I haven’t received them like you I am looking at taking this further
