    I have been trying to contact Utilita by phone over a period of 3 weeks Waiting for 25 mins 35. 18. 15. 40 45 15 you get the drift wasting nearly 3half hrs
    sent emails got no reply
    Why is the payment being credited to Electricity ????????? Nothing on Gas ???????
    Having the TV on. The radio. My lights 💡 is not going to heat my flat when the winter cold arrives.
    Why is it not split between or put on Gas. I have £130 on Electricity
    £5.00 on Gas ?????????
    Ridiculous. Customer Service Appalling.

    have had the same problem querying winter warm home scheme question. Ended up asking on forum. Sadly no answers yet. Pob Lwc to both of us as we say in Wales. ( It means Good Luck by the way).
