I'm pre-payment and use the app. My app hasn't updated the daily usage since Sunday. Is anyone else having this issue? Meter readings are being picked up and the credit is being used, but I'm getting frustrated because I want to see exactly how much I'm using a day. Has anyone else had this?

@TasminJayne93 yeah mine hasn't updated since Sunday either, and now is just showing last Friday Saturday and Sundays data so only 3 days, this element of the app is so unreliable. Hugo app has all my data and the utilita website is showing up to wednesday, don't know why they can't get this sorted.

It’s constantly failing to show usage week in week out you contact help centre and messages are totally ignored mine stopped last Sunday but I don’t think they care customer service is abhorrent

I'm getting fed up because I want to see how much electric and gas I'm using daily! I've had a few days were I've used the tumble dryer more but want to make sure they're billing me correctly - if I can't see daily usage how do I know they're not mucking me about and taking more than I'm using!

@TasminJayne93 I have exactly the same problem. It seems everytime they do an update, something changes, and not for the better. If I had a choice. I would leave utilita.

Please can you all send me a direct mail - the link to do this is in my signature. I will need you to send me a description of the issue as detailed as you can, along with your customer reference number.

This issue I have had a couple of other members report, which I am waiting for them to send me a direct mail with the same details. I have been made aware that our App Team are aware of this and a ticket has been raised to investigate and out a fix in.

As many member cases I can collect as examples will help to get this fixed and pushed through sooner 🙂
