Topped up my gas at shop my in house monitor has updated but balance on app hasn’t

tried logging out and back in but still not updating?????

@Annmarie82. Hi you're not the only one,my usage hasn't changed since Sunday but the balances match the meters. I've just put £5 on the gas to see if that will change anything on the app.My in house display unit hasn't worked for ages so I've given up on that. No point in having these things if they're not reliable is there
