I tried this yesterday, I called twice to be cut off straight away after confirming my reference number so went to online chat to wait 2 hours for a reply and then when I got one (by Kushi asking me what they could help with) when I answered I was put back into the queue...and 6 hours later was still in it...now closed until Monday.
Their customer service is absolutely shocking they do half a job with no back up service as it seems !! Emailed them numerous times no reply can’t believe a company of there size is getting away with this shocking
