Been given the run around yet again...still waiting on gov money £66 for October.. now in November..now they saying waiting clearance on DD then can take 10 days for the refund from government to bank account..yes guys it sits in your credit to account before transfer to bank. Yet in their policy it says once DD cleared they make direct payment to bank..load of tosh. 20 days past my DD still waiting. Think it's one for the MP AND BHAM MAIL what a disgrace utilita. I had to make several calls and each call they tell you different sing from the same song sheet I say. Get you act together. Read your policy. No where does it say waiting times for this or that.
