Why is it so difficult to speak to someone, it has been like this for weeks now, phone just hangs up after automated message, queue is ridiculous on live chat it is so frustrating imagine the elderly trying to get through via phone and not having the ability of live chat, very disappointing Utilita! I am on the priority register aswell!!
