I have been in my property 2 weeks, I topped up last week as a guest on the app, (I couldn’t get on the app and still can’t) this week I can’t top up because my address has been changed! I can’t top up on the automated 24hr line because I haven’t been sent a 19 digit code. I have tried calling all the numbers but the automated answer machine on all line disconnected the call. I’m freezing I have to top up my gas, I have been without a top up for three days now. Please help.
