    I have been in my property 2 weeks, I topped up last week as a guest on the app, (I couldn’t get on the app and still can’t) this week I can’t top up because my address has been changed! I can’t top up on the automated 24hr line because I haven’t been sent a 19 digit code. I have tried calling all the numbers but the automated answer machine on all line disconnected the call. I’m freezing I have to top up my gas, I have been without a top up for three days now. Please help.

    Best to try live chat a got a power up the app wasent working due to work but it's up in running again try downloading it again or get in touch with community Manager it's to cold to sit with no gas
