I haven’t been able to get into the my Utilita all for about a week now, it just says there is a problem and they can’t get data from my smart meter. I usually use the app to top up, does anyone know if there is a problem with the app?
Hi, yes I’m still having the same issue, I can’t use the app at all as it says there is a problem getting data from my smart meter. I have always used the app to check my balance and top up, but not been able to get into it for about 3 weeks now
