Hi, I am a new PAYG customer of Utilita for 4 months, my home has Gas central heating and Electricity for lighting cooking etc with solar panels, I have received two government help payments on the Electric but nothing for the Gas, I don't know why I have tried phoning but long waiting time and gave up on the Live Chat, maybe it is something simple
