    A few months ago my Utilita "smart meter" which abruptly switched remotely to prepayment mode.

    As a diaabled person on the Priority Register I am aware this is not how things should have been done.

    My repayment rate is 35% of every topup, so for example if I top up £20. I only get £13 of electricity. After using Emergency and a bit of Friendly Creidt, The recent £66 payment grant from the goverment left me with around a third of the payment for my energy. I am very displeased with this situation.

    Utilitia have not discussed the switch or even the repayment rate with me, at 35% I believe it is considerably high. Surely something more realistic and fairer, lower rate would be proposed or could be requested?
