As title says. I requested a new IHD as my old 10 year old secure one is having issues. Utilita senr me a new unit. Followed instructions and it won't connect. Called utilita, told to leave it completely without power or batteries on top of the meter for 24hrs. That didn't work, called utilita again to be told "low signal" from both gas and electric meters. (My old IHD would get a signal all over the house!) CS agent wouldn't listen to what I was saying and booked an engineer to come out in three weeks.

The IHD just needs the six digit pin code to pair to the meters.
