When is the next 66 being credited and why can't we use it for gas and electric and for people like me who owes a debt to utilita once I get credited most of it gets took for debt

@Ange76 I think it will be paid by the end of November.

I'm also having my Goverment energy payment being deducted for debt. Which I've been paying back through my top ups already for a few months.

When the first £66 appeared on my PrePay smart electricity meter, £23 was immediately taken to cover debt. Then, as I was was also just about run out of the £15 emergency credit, I had another £6 to cover that... so in the end my Goverment payment was finally reduced to a mere £22... which lasted less than a week.

I understand how the system works, and happy to repay my previous energy debt. But does anything else think it's a little bit wrong the Goverment energy grant is essentially being given directly to supplies to recoup their debts instead of help for customers??

@googlemail yes I totally agree wat is the point of them effectively give you the help to then have it took for debt and most people on pay as yo go are on it because of previous debt!

@Ange76 I haven't had my first one yet I've called utilita to be told I've got to wait 7 working days but that means I've missed out on the October payment
