PayPoint are changing the amount you can top-up in a PayPoint Store!
The minimum amount you will be able to top-up from will now be £5 if you are a Smart Pre-pay or Billpay customer.
Important to note: If you do not have a smart meter installed, it will remain at the £2 minimum top-up amount.
We wanted to make you aware of that change – and if you wanted to top-up a lower amount, you can still do so via our Utilita App, online or via our Top-up Phone Line on 0345 206 8333.
