    @Leor Hello! All Energy Support Payments automatically go to customers electricity accounts.

    If you would like to move it over to gas, you can use our live chat on our main website to speak to an advisor to get this changed 😀

    ALL I REQUIRE IS TO GET ESP PAYMENT CHANGED Is this possible ?

    @Leor As mentioned in my private mail response earlier, the Community is not a customer service platform, so we cannot access your account. The community is a customer forum for members to chat together, provide energy saving advice and have conversation and feedback.

    Did you try Live Chat on the website like I advised? An advisor will be able to action this request for you 😀
