Can someone please tell me how to get my government payment split between gas and electric ive tried emailing and got no reply I have mental health issues so phoning is very hard,im supposed to be on your priority service register but that isn't helpful,we have no gas at the moment so no hot water or heating

@Petere10 Hi there, the payments go straight onto the electricity Peter, as you have rightly stated. If you are struggling to get through on the phone and that is not your preferred method of communication, did you know about the Live Chat functionality on the website? If you click here to land on the Utilita Website and then you'll see the live chat function on the bottom right hand side, where an advisor will be able to help move the money between the meters.
