    I have repeatedly asked if you can split my credit between my gas and electric as I have plenty of electric and no gas please can you sort it out im supposed to be on your priority service list yet that's no difference, and I have a 3 yr old child we are going to freeze if you don't sort it out please

    Hi Rebecca I can't manage to wait for a live advisor it takes over a hour and I don't know how i can be expected to do this with ny mental health issues etc I give up we are going to just have to wait til the 10 November to put our gas back on which leaves my 3 yr old granddaughter without heating and hot water, someone could have replied to my email request weeks ago and again what's the point of me being on your priority service register when all it has memt is I can't power up like other people ive got to phone up and answer the same questions again and again
