Got a power up on live chat spoke to a lovely lady but we got cut off 10 out of 10 for supporting me as I was off supply and we all know it's worrying especially when money is tight thanks to utilities customer service team who do there best for us

I saw that you posted yesterday that your app is not working, I have replied with a resolution post for it that I posted earlier today with a step by step resolution. You should have got a notification with my reply to that post you posted yesterday! Please let me know how you get on!
