My voucher has been declined again, this is the 2nd one I've been sent. Just keeps saying no credit and error at the local paypoint. Has been dealt with previously by Cat, would appreciate some assistance. Many thanks.

I promise I have not forgotten about this, and I have been bothering people for an answer to sort this for you 😀. It is possible the vouchers you have already received are for your old meter and as it has now been changed the vouchers have not worked. I am sorry we have not got this sorted I will give you a call tomorrow morning to update you.
