    Hi,

    I am not able to view the new Bill as well as the previous bills in My Utilita App and Account. I called the customer care they informed me that there is a technical issue in viewing the bills. Do anyone else have the same issue?
    Should I opt for the paper bill to avoid this issue ?

    Hi All,

    I got my Bills from Cat (customer care) via Email.

    As of now, if your smart meter is not connected to Utilita due to a connection issue. You cannot view your bills. It is better to go with paper bills or Email Bills if your meter is in a low or no signal location.

    I think the team is working on the fix. Hopefully, this should be resolved.

    Thanks for your response.
    I am still not able to view my Bills in My Utilita Apps as well as on the My Utilita website.
    My assumption for the issue is my smart meter is not connected to Utilita as it is in the basement and no signal. I add the meter reading every month manually in the App. In My case, the Bills are not coming in the App or Website. I need to speak with customer care and ask for a paper bill unless there is a fix done to the App and site.

    @kkamaleshkar Thank you so much for stepping in here and helping! You are correct. Unfortunately, there will be instances where some homes depending on where the main meter is located, like a basement or out the way - then it will affect the overall meter signal, which will affect the online compatibility with the signal strength between the meter and the In Home Display/App.

    My meter and smart meter are on the same floor less than 3 meters away and I cannot access my bills or see previous bills, on either the app or website.
    this is very annoying
