Hello hope u can help.i have a pay as u go gas meter 3 weeks ago I topped up £30 came home and machine was broken new machine installed next day emailed receipt twice to get my £30 back they don't reply the phone is constantly engaged online chat say email and phone can u help please thanks Donna x
