I am STILL awaiting my December EBSS voucher. After contacting utilita on 3 occasions via both email and the live chat function, I still cannot get a resolution. It has been more than 10 working days since both times I have had contact with live chat and I haven’t heard a single word. I am now getting weekly reminders to use my voucher before it expires even although the voucher never came to me.
Why won’t someone just help with these issue?
I have literally received every other voucher via email without any issue, and it seems I’m not the only one having problems.
As usual I’ll be close to going into emergency credit for yet another period until this is resolved. -

I still haven't received any vouchers yet what's the hold up you've got my email address and my home address so I don't understand the delay very irritated customer
