The Utilita app has been down on my mobile for over a week, is it just me or is anyone else having the same issue?

My apps been down 2 weeks, tried to ring utilita but no answer. Emailed and also no answer, pathetic customer relations

do they have any plans to let people at least know they are aware of this and they're going to sort it out/

@Joojoo same it's frustrating live chat 116 phone on hold for hours like we just left to get on with it hope you get yours sorted

On live chat it does have an enormous queue but it does go down quite quick so just be patient hun 😊
