My partner's Son lives in managed accommodation. She pays his Utilita bill by DD on the 1st of each month. The bill for the following month is produced on the 9th of the month but the DD payment doesn't show up on the bill. I've spoken to Utilita and they say it's because the bill covers the calendar month from the 1st to the 31st (most months obviously) Why can't the DD payment show up when it's paid on the 1st of the month and the bill is produced on the 9th? The bill always makes it look like he owes more than he actually does which is misleading! Cheers, Mike.
