In fact it's not helpful at all.

I am informed via the app that the government subsidy has been added to my account. It hasn't.

It's as simple as that.

'Helpful' is not a word I associate with Utilita.

Poor company I have tried to contact them on several occasions still no reply. As soon as I can change to another provider i will as Utilita are poor on customer service.

We got an email saying it would go atomically onto our smart meter that was in the letter dated 27/9/22 still nothing has been paid, I have sent 4 emails no reply, waiting on the phone for over 90 mins still nothing. What else can we Do ??????
