1) An appointment was made to have a smart meter fitted. I waited more than, four hours but they didn't turn up.
2) They gave me 48 hours notice of another appointment to fit a smart meter. I was abroad at the time.
3) I contacted them equesting another appointment. There has been no response.
4) They wrote to me to inform me they had changed my address. My address had not changed. Apparently I had moved somewhere I had never heard of.
5) I am informed, via the app, that the government subsidy has been added to my account. It hasn't.
6) Contacting Utilita by email is a waste of time. They don't reply.
I think the message is clear. Could, and should. do better.
