@Norm123 Hi - have you checked out the page with the FAQ's on the Utilita website which gives you all the answers to when you will receive and how? You will have it applied to your smart meter (if you have one) If you have an older style meter you will get a voucher via email or post.

I'm not asking about how it's paid. I'm asking is when is it going to be paid, it's well over due, it's about time it was paid.
