Hello to everyone,
Please could someone tell me what Meter network problem ⚠️ 20-2 means as i have been told by one of your customer services team that the IHD unit (Trio II, Firmware version A5.7.1/B2.2, Hardware version 02, UI version 2.3.4) will not work/sync with the Secure Liberty 100 smart meter but never told why (meter was made in 2017) and then had the phone put down on me! I really need the IHD to work with the energy price rises.
