Hi, I was wondering if someone could help? I received my fuel top up last week and it was credited to my electricity only. Do you know if it should have been split between electricity and gas, or if we are able to get it put on the gas as well? I have central heating

@Barry83 Hi, I have a Prepayment Smart Meter and was able to have the credit transferred over to my gas as I have gas central heating . You can ring them or use Live Chat on their website . You need to tap in " Live Advisor" to speak to a real person not the Chat Bot.
