I've done top up as a guest, but would like to have my details updated so I can have access to the app so I can track my usage but the utilita team is impossible to reach. Every time I call I get hung up on, and the live chat is pretty much useless I’m afraid
I have gone to their site and updated my info in the 'move in' part of the site and was told I'll get a feedback in 5days, but it has been a couple of weeks
